UX Design Case StudyRedesigning MetaBrite's Receipt Scanning AppMetaBrite had developed a receipt scanning feature for its cooking app and was preparing to release the feature as a separate app. Users could scan their receipt by simply taking a photo. Occasionally they would be asked to verify products that the system could not identify.
Usability testing revealed that users were successful in scanning their receipts but struggled when asked to verify products. The verification process needed to be redesigned before the app could be released. Evaluating the Existing FlowLayout of the Existing Verification Screen
