Following usability testing of v1, several changes were made to address problems with discoverability, organizational confusion, and the desire to know how much shopping was needed.
ConclusionAfter the new features were released, metrics showed an overall improvement in the targeted areas. Noticeable gains in the perceived value of the app and in app usage occurred with minimal disruption to existing flow and interface.
